The receptionist gave me a full breakdown of the treatment i would need with the prices on the phone. So i booked in a consultation and payed for it only to be told on the day that its the wrong appointment and i need an emergency appointment and yold me too pay the extra before form of treatment... if thats the case then why wasnt that done in the first place
Cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before , taken time off work, sent 2 text messages and called day before, wanted me to see a different dentist later late day. In pain never got to see a dentist
Really good experience, Dr Daniel well explained the process and it was easy and smooth, highly recommended
Always a great experience going here especially being greeted by two fantastic receptionists Faye and maria
