I saw Noori and her dental nurse today for a check-up and they were both great. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. I also booked further appointments with the receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. A very positive experience.
Going the dentist is often something people dislike and are nervous to do. I'm very lucky to have a lovely dentist, who always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Rukshali is truly the loveliest dentist I've ever had. She's amazing at what she does.
The reception staff is the weirdest crew you’ll ever meet. All reception staff members appeared disengaged and acted as though interacting with patients was an inconvenience. No greeting, no basic courtesy, and an overall atmosphere that made the visit uncomfortable before it even began. It’s so odd that made me think, did they find them all in the same job centre or something? The reception area felt oddly improvised, with visible cables and a printer that quite clearly doesn’t fit where it’s been placed. It did not feel like a properly run practice.
I had an appointment to see Dentist Noori Khan who has a gentle kind happy manner. My filling that had to be done exposed a nerve so with great precision and experience the completion was painless. Her assistant too was good presenting hygenic tools to help Noori complete the job. Well impressed and with price too. Thank You Gerry
