Visited this place as a new patient about three years ago & safe to say I have not bothered returning since. My experience was horrible - the receptionists do seem very rushed & the place is always busy so you can’t even sit anywhere. A smile & politeness is the bare minimum. No customer service skills & they just came across rude & dismissive. The real issue was with the dentist I had my treatment with - he was so rude & because I hadn’t had a clean in a while he continued to make comments about how bad my teeth were to make me feel embarrassed & ashamed to the point where I didn’t feel co…

Had a regular check up here for the very first time today and it was very nice experience for me. I believe staff try their best to support the patients but if you become impatient, they will obviously be rude. The receptionist was very nice to me, and so was the dentist. The procedure wasn't painful, went smoothly and they made me comfortable. I would suggest them to not overbook so the staff don't have to rush. Anyways it was good for me.

Don’t expect professionalism, expect below basic decency. I had my premolars extracted here, and since this is routine procedure, I went in feeling confident and trusting of the dentist. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my mind. After the injections I felt faint and nauseous but received great care, a very kind receptionist came in to help. She was incredibly reassuring, stayed with me until I felt better, and even fanned me to help cool me down. Her care was the only positive part of this appointment. Dentist Karina Montiel came strongly recommended and I can see why. Friendly, efficient, high-quality work with no pain and minimal discomfort. First visit was an assessment plus general clean, during second visit I had 2 fillings one of which was a little awkward as the tooth was capped with a large cavity. My daughter and wife have since joined and share my views. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
