Very good experience, very welcoming and calm! Had a few treatments over the last few weeks and couldn’t fault them! Really reliable and very good customer service! Would highly recommend. My dentist is Tarly and he is fabulous, never complains and always manages to get an appointment for me whenever needed. I used to be quite nervous to visit the dentist but I honestly feel at so much ease here.
I had an appointment today for a filling and I just wanted to say how amazing Dan was. I suffer from quite high anxiety when it comes to dental treatment, but he made the whole experience so much easier than I expected. He was calm, patient, and really took the time to explain everything to me, which helped settle my nerves straight away. He checked in with me throughout the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know none of us like going to the dentist .. but premier dental are fabulous, they take time to get to know you, talk to you, just great! Tarly is fabulous & super gentle, Tracey the hygienist is THE best, I have sensitive teeth & she is so careful, couldn’t recommend this place enough! Great team!
I have been with Premier Dental Practice for over 20 years. Recently, I broke my front tooth days away from going on holiday. The receptionist was very understanding and managed to get me an emergency appointment - thank you! Huge thanks to Tarly. Within an hour I had a temporary crown fitted and was holiday ready. My permanent crown was even colour matched to my existing veneers, amazing work. I cannot recommend Tarly's dentistry expertise and this practice enough.
