I walked in feeling incredibly nervous, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the lady dentist was remarkably patient and took the time to explain every step of the process, which helped ease my mind significantly. Came in after not visiting the dentist in 3 years or so but severe pain due to an infected tooth. Explained i have a pretty crippling fear of anything dental or medical. Treated infection with antibiotics but need teeth removed and a fair few fillings. Refereed for removals but went back to have the fillings done today but was too frightened when I got there. I was treated with dignity not pressured in anyway.
