The reception is the fore front of an establishment. However at first dental this is not the case. Mannerism=zero Professionalism=zero Customer service-zero This is what I was situated with on my first visit. I have been quite poorly and still in recovery with my health. The receptionist I spoke to was very unprofessional no mannerism and zero customer service skills. I also noticed the trainee was very unprofessional and it maybe due to the mannerism of the other receptionist rubbing of from her. I would leave no stars if I could. No customers service. Had an appointment booked, showed up and they weren't open. Haven't got a phone service to say that surgery is closed due to severe weather, or a text message or anything. They need to let patients know beforehand. I made a special journey out, but they didn't have the audacity to tell me they were closed. Unfair that if I'm late, I get penalties but they can just remain closed and nothing happens. Terrible service - will be swapping dentists.
First dental was my last resort after my own and all other dentists couldn't or wouldn't help. Wendy who took my call was so friendly and asked if I was in pain, which I was. She got me in the next day for a check up!! After just leaving with a plan to go back in three days for treatment I honestly am so thankful. What a friendly bunch of people. Outstanding service.
Poor opening hours closes at 1330 on a friday with no options for emergency care except for calling 111 who cant help.
