Brownhills dental practice

I’ve been attending this dental practice for many years now and have always had an excellent experience. I’ve been seeing Dr Chagger throughout that time, and the level of care has consistently been outstanding. Dr Chagger is extremely professional, approachable, and always makes you feel at ease. Any treatment or advice is clearly explained, which really helps to build trust and confidence. The whole practice has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Clare on reception, who is absolutely brilliant. After waiting sometimes up to an hour in the waiting room previously for scheduled appointments & numerous cancelled appointments, I have to say I was dreading our appointments yesterday for myself & SN son. However, after arriving early, we were promptly seen & I had treatment to repair several fractures immediately! The new lady dentist is so lovely & friendly, but also very efficient. Huge relief when you have a busy family life! Hopefully we have the same pleasant experience next week at my daughter’s appointment. Thank you again to all!

Cannot see why anyone wouldn’t want to go to this dentist! Have been seeing Dr Chaggar with my dad for so many years now, and he is the most kind, patient, and professional dentist we’ve seen. Couldn’t fault any of the staff, makes going to the dentist a less stressful experience than it needs to be! Thank you!!

The worst mistake of my life is that I chose the clinic for my aligners fixing and follow up, they always cancel my appointment on the appointment day even when I have complaints that is not allowing me to make progress as regards my aligner trays, they just cancelled again today. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone who value great service and responsibility.
