HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL RUNNING A BUSINESS?? My daughter visited the practice with my six-year-old grandson. The Dentist threatened to refuse him dental treatment due to not being seen recently - this was NOT discussed when she booked the appointment. But when they arrived staff aggressively confronted them. The incident escalated, involving shouting, threats to call the police, and intimidating behavior mostly from the male receptionist but also from the dentist herself, who left my grandson alone in the chair to try and persuade the receptionist to calm down, as he stood over my daug…

The most fantastic dentist! I was recommended this dental practice when I was suffering with severe pain so decided to call and see if they were taking NHS patients. They accepted me straight away and fitted me in, in short notice. I go to the dentist now on a regular basis and I’m always treated with kindness and respect. Very clean facility and all very polite. Highly recommend.

My experience with Mrs. Wilkinson and the Country dental practice over the past 18 months has been excellent. She is thorough, knowledgable, does not recommend unnecessary (and costly) interventions unless they are required. When she does the work, she knows exactly what she's doing. She tells you the unvarnished truth, which perhaps not everyone wants to hear; judging by some of the reviews here, but I really appreciated the clarity with which she communicates what's going on with your teeth. It has not been easy to find a dentist but I'm so glad I was accepted at this practice where I have received nothing but kindness and consideration as well as excellent dental care. I am at a total loss to understand the negative reviews, which in no way match my experience of either the staff or the premises. My experience has been totally positive and, as much as one can enjoy a visit to the dentist, I look forward to future appointments with confidence and have no hesitation in recommending the Country Dental Practice.
