Mydentist - Victoria Road - Wallasey

Claire is a lovely dentist and takes care to make sure I'm comfortable and understand what she is doing. The reception staff and dental assistants are all friendly and greet you with a smile. I've always had a good experience and would recommend this practice to anyone 🙂

I have been at Victoria dental practice since I was 5 (over 30years), had nothing but issues since mydentist took over and I’ve tried to avoid going as they messed up a few things! I have called today for an emergency appointment to be told I’ve been unregistered as I haven’t been since 2021. No letter to inform me of this; what a shocking service! I’d never pay private at mydentist, the dental work I’ve had done since mydentist took over has been shocking! What a shame that mydentist ruined such a great practice.

Very disappointed in the practice (that I spent almost £1.2k in for root canal last year) I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and in ABSOLUTE agony with toothache. I was told back in July I would need a filling amounting to £280, however with all the costs of preparing for a baby (and not being able to get on NHS when I am technically exempt) I had to prioritise purchasing baby items. Anyway.... I rang 19/12/2025 and was told that I would now need to pay another £64 for a check up before they would complete any work. I have had an excellent experience at this dental practice, from the warm welcome at reception to my check-ups with Dr. Samme. The reception team are always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrive. Dr. Samme has been nothing but professional, treating every appointment with great care and consideration. I have never felt rushed during my check-ups, and the attention to detail and patient care are truly commendable. I cannot thank Dr. Samme and the entire team enough for their outstanding service.
