When I say I was terrified of the dentist, I mean terrified, like I didn't sleep for the two weeks up to my first appointment. I told them that. They have honestly been so kind and understanding in the years that I've been going that I reckon most of my anxiety has gone because I know that it'll be fine. They take the time to explain what they're going to do and what's going on, they answer any questions I have, even the weirder ones and the receptionist is always polite and welcoming.

Have been at this practice since I signed up with Mr New in the early 2000s,but not anymore as last year they sent an email to my old email address asking if I want to stay on their list,they didn't send a letter to my home address which for my age is normal practice,This is my 1st ever bad Google review as I think if you have nothing good to say don't say anything,but it is common courtesy to send a letter in the post to say I am upset with this is an understatement

Wouldn’t recommend paid for fillings never received any fillings and no refund then they have whipped me off the system saying I haven’t attend appointments when they cancelled my appointment because they had no clean drills overall worst dentist in Wakefeild

I have rang the practice a few times during their opening times and very disappointed when you get an answer service to say they're closed!
