I had a check-up and teeth cleaning at Smile Design Studio in Wakefield today with Daniela and I’m really happy with the service. She was friendly, professional and made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. My teeth feel great and the whole visit was a really positive experience. Highly recommended.
Dr Eliza is an excellent dentist and highly recommended. She has carried out two complex root canal procedures to a high standard and I always come here for regular check ups. I always get great customer service at Smile Design by all! Thank you
I am very disappointed with my experience at Smile Design Studio. The services did not meet my expectations, especially considering the prices charged. Communication was poor, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. The overall professionalism was lacking, and the results were not what I was promised or led to expect. I believe there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of customer care, transparency, and service quality. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I had a filling done recently by Dr. Eliza and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was professional, gentle, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was excellent. The staff at the clinic were also very polite and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Eliza and her team if you’re looking for great dental care at a fair price!
