Corbets Tey Dental Practice

Not a good experience, after moving from East Ham 8 months ago I have never had such a bad experience in my life. My last dental practice which I was with for over 20 years was very professional and polite and explained everything in detail for me. This dental practice was so unprofessional from the receptionist to the dentist. I only wanted to join and have a regular clean which would normally be £23.20 but I never got a clean just an xray done , so unprofessional I would not recommend this dentist at all, awful, horrible experience!!

The dentist and team were very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Everything was quick, smooth, and completely pain-free. absolutely disgusting practice, the owner has extreme attitude problems, doesn’t no how to run a practice. I waited for so long, nobody saw to me, the only employee that showed any decorum was the receptionist. Considering they are a dental “doctor” their nurses sure know a lot more than them. Id be happy to teach her a lesson on compassion For a dental hygiene practice, there isn't a lot of hygiene bring practiced. Absolutely traumatised from my visit.

Was very relieved to find out a new dentist had taken over, never liked the last guy but put up with his dismissive attitude because he did a reasonable job but unpleasant to deal with. Lovely lady now. thank goodness!!
