Bupa Dental Care Uckfield

I’m sorry to say I did not have a good experience. I had been given an appointment via a text message and when I arrived I was told it had been cancelled. This was news to me. Eventually I was asked to wait and someone would deal with me. No apology, just the system was at fault and “mistakes happen “. When I paid £180 I now realise I was overcharged by £30. The main receptionist said I was being rude….. a very unpleasant experience altogether. Mushid is a great consultant and I want him to know how others in the team behave.

Fantastic practice! Really friendly receptionists and our lovely dentist Iwona Clarke is so nice and makes our children feel completely at ease. They look forward to going to their check ups!

Like most people I am not a fan of going to the dentist and have terrible teeth, forced my self to go and am so pleased I did. Staff at reception are friendly and welcoming. The dentist treating me was Nicola William- Park who made me feel at ease straight away. Needing several deep fillings and a couple of extractions over a series of appointment's I could not be happier with the outcome. Painless,gentle and kind both Nicola and her assistant were wonderful. Thank you so much

I was beyond scared when I walked in, by the time I left I was calm and extremely reassured. I was treated with empathy and felt unhurried, informed and cared for. Very impressed with the level of care and professionalism.
