I was seen as an emergency today. Needed an extraction which was done swiftly and painlessly by Alistair. Maddie his assistant was very caring. I am an extremely nervous patient and often put off going to the dentist. Today I had the most patient and caring dentist I've ever came across and she really helped me so much. I had to have two fillings and she talked me through everything while doing her work and really put me at ease. Hannah is an absolute credit to the practise and I will be absolutely fine about going to my next appointment with her. Thank you Hannah your patience and compassion was very much appreciated.
I can not thank this practice enough for helping me today. I have suffered with a broken tooth for days. When my dentist went private I was not given an option to move to another NHS dentist. I called this practice this morning and was given an NHS emergency appointment with Ribena. She instantly put me at ease and explained everything. Given the complexity of the treatment, senior dentist James performed the difficult extraction which went really well. Can't thank them enough
