I had an urgent dental issue today and was seen at very short notice, which I truly appreciate. From the moment I called, the receptionist was excellent, friendly, professional, and very reassuring during a stressful time. The dentist was incredibly caring and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout the appointment. I’m so grateful for the prompt care and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
My son is autistic and has always struggled with not only brushing his teeth but attending oppointments. We recently moved to HBDC and that very first oppointment they gave him time, explained everything fully and made him feel very at ease Dr Aman gave us advice on a toothbrush that would help with his sensory needs and this has been such a great help. We had a follow up for a clean and they booked him a 30 min oppointment so this could be done at his pace, they reassured him throughout made sure she was awear he could stop when needed and gave him plenty of breaks. Would never go to a different dentist. Charlotte has always been amazing and puts me and my kids at ease every time we visit. She has such a friendly nature and always answers any questions we may have. It is always a good experience with her! Thank you Charlotte and her lovely dental nurse Aminat!
Really happy to have registered with this dental clinic..feel I've won the dentist jackpot.
