Beaconsfield Dental Practice - Staplehurst

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Aasnna and her assistant. They were both so welcoming, gentle, and reassuring throughout my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and I felt completely at ease. Truly excellent care — thank you both!

Just got off the phone to this dentist as I had an appointment this afternoon, unfortunately I had to cancel it due to an abscess, I got it treated at hospital after an eight hour wait. So the receptionist who I might add was extremely rude and argumentative told me that the next appointment would be at least six weeks as it was their policy as I’d cancelled. The receptionist had no compassion and like I said was extremely rude.

Went today for a routine check up, receptionist was lovely, and check up with dentist was good, did a small filling for me which was absolutely brilliant, now booked in for my hygiene clean with my dentist. All good. Thank you

Great service, very friendly, thorough, no issues at all. Don’t just want to remove teeth but give advice and help.
