The service I receive at mydentist is second to none. All staff are polite and helpful. My hygienist Mickyla and her assistant(sorry I don’t know her name) are fantastic. They are always positive and make you feel comfortable. Mickyla always give excellent advise which really helps. I’m so happy with the progress she has helped me make and I trust her advice completely. My experiences to date have all been positive. I would recommend mydentist to anyone.
My experience of peridontel treatment this afternoon was very satisfactory. Having not actually visited a Dentist for the last 38 years; I was very happy in having the tartar removed from my teeth and a polish! Thankyou.
Kyla was fantastic! I’ve always dreaded the hygienist before but not anymore. She was caring and gentle and actually took the time to give thorough explanations of what she was doing; great advice; and demonstrated how best to keep my teeth and gums healthy. It was a pleasant surprise and refreshing to know that great customer care is alive and well! The receptionists are always on the ball as well as being polite and respectful. Such a professional practice all round.
Very happy with my visit today with Dr Jimmy Jose, always explains things carefully and thoroughly.
