Tidworth Dental Centre

Amazing service. I was really apprehensive about my appointment after breaking a tooth. Komal Tanveer was so welcoming and really made me feel at ease. She was friendly, professional and gave great advice. She listened to my concerns and questions, even though I thought they might be silly. There was no judgement. Highly recommend. The reception staff were incredible too. Trying to call through for an appointment isn't great (hit and miss) however if you are able to make it into the clinic to book an appointment face to face, they are extremely helpful. Awful dentist. Ignorant and rude. Apparently fairly new. I have just walked out. He should be struck off. Horrible man. I have been a patient for many years, seen many dentists but this ‘new’ one really is awful. Says one thing but does another ! I will NEVER go back, I would rather have no teeth !!! It really is a shame that he has ruined what used to be a really good dental practise. Reception staff and hygienist are lovely.

Even they don't worth a 1 star. Awful place, Zero respect for patients time. they made me wait 15 days for just an answer from dentist that they could have done in a min. No way can get hold of receptionist. they never answer the phone. All dentist are junior.I believe for owner of that place money its way more important than service and customer satisfaction. I asked them to delete all my data and I did register myself in another dental practice no mater its one hour drive. highly recommend not to waist your time and money in Tidworth Denta Clinic.

After years of having anxiety about going to the dentist, my visit to Dr Masud in Tidworth dental clinic made it a whole lot worse. Dr Masud was not welcoming at all, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and uptight due to the abrupt tone in her voice, and I feel I was rushed into making decisions in regards to treatment, in which I just said yes to so I could leave as quickly as possible. I was quite shocked at my experience and I’m already dreading going back. Wouldn’t recommend at all, unless you have a different member of staff.
