Bupa Dental Care Thornton - Cleveleys

Really disappointed in how I’ve been dealt with by the reception staff. Myself and my husband were due a check up during Covid which of course could not take place. Once everything was back to normal I phoned to make an appointment however I was told there wasn’t an NHS dentist available but I would be contacted with an appointment once they had one. I didn’t hear anything so phoned again a number of times only to be told the same thing. An unexpected incident took me to the doors of Bupa Dental Care in Thornton Cleveleys. I was very apprehensive to start with. However, once I had booked the appointment, and I was sitting at the dental chair, my butterflies settled. Dr CM is a gentle and well manner dentist, who put me at ease and hear the story behind my first visit. He was thorough with his check up, gave me some tips and the prognosis was positive. Cannot be faulted. The reception staff are always welcoming. My most recent visit was for composite bonding. Perri is amazing and is clearly highly skilled in this field. I am delighted with the work she has carried out and has enabled me to give a toothy smile for the first time in over 35 years!! Perri was assisted by Gemma and Lucy who were great. Very professional, complimentary, and nice and chatty too.

First time at this dentist after getting ripped off to the tune of almost 2k at my last private dentist in Farnworth. Service excellent from original enquiry through to the treatment received. Great service by dentist Chris Merrill and the young lady dental assistant. Both friendly and professional throughout procedure and kept at ease although it was totally pain free. Fantastic practice in the heart of Thornton, staff are a credit to them, from the ladies on reception to the dental staff themselves...and cheaper than my last dentist by a considerable amount!
