I've visited this practice for the last two Saturdays due to a dental emergency. Today, 13th December 25, I had a tooth out after having an abscess. I can honestly say that it is the first time ever that I've been in the dentist chair laughing, not due to any medication, but due to the dentist putting me at ease. The dentist, his assistant and the gent on reception were all professional, polite, understanding and helpful and I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much

Referred by 111 as emergency appointment. Fabulous service. Dentist and dental nurse were kind and patient. Needed an extraction, which I expected and feared. I must say that this was the best extraction and experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Made me feel at ease, didn't even know the tooth had been taken out.

Rang 111 due to major swelling in face due to a dental abscess. Given appointment 2 days later. I was due to return to work at 12pm on the day of appointment, appointment set for 10.10. Phoned by the practice on the day of appointment and asked if I could make it in earlier, waking me up first thing in the morning and changing my schedule and spoken to like they are doing me a favour. I said I’ll try to come in earlier if possible. They then call me again I was then told on the phone “the dentist wants to leave” and if I’m not there within 15 minutes ( my normal appointment time anyway) th…

The only nice part of this practice is reception staff. The ladies were kind and it seemed obvious they are used to extinguishing fires with upset patients...I don't envy their job! The dentist I saw seemed pretty clueless as to what he was doing, and the place was not cleaned properly. Everything was sticky and all glass and plastics has streaks of "attempts" of cleaning, looking quite manky. Not recommended, if you can choose elsewhere.
