Mid Wife services are appalling. Double booking appointments. Running an hour late an hour after they open (how?!) and putting the wrong address on letters. Nobody operates the desk so you can’t get any help either.

Regarding my recent experience at your GP surgery. After a GP consultation for liver problems, I was advised to have urgent blood tests. During the appointment, the staff member attempted to take my blood but was unsuccessful after pricking both arms. When I asked her to try again, she refused and rescheduled me almost a week later at School Lane. I explained that the test was urgent due to liver pain, but my concerns were not taken into consideration. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed. Thank you!

Very nice eye specialist, who's been very good to my husband. The only problem with this place is it's hard to find the first time you go. The sat nav takes you to the main road and you can see the place, but there's no access from the main road. You have to turn into Croxton Road and turn into the leisure centre. The health centre is situated behind that. Not very well signposted at all, which is why I've only given it four stars.

Had a painful back problem. Received excellent treatment but twice different nurses who were passing stopped to ask if the could help or if I'd like a drink. Kindness which sums up our good NHS. THANK YOU
