My first contact was with Megan on a telephone conversation. This is not just a receptionist! Megan clearly has an understanding of dentistry and listened to my short and long term requirements as a new patient with a very painful issue that required some immediate intervention. On arrival for my first appointment which was less that 2 hours after my initial call Megan processed my details efficiently to a point that i was into my appointment with Carlos within 5 minutes. I cannot recommend this practice enough, especially if you are a nervous patient. I recently had my first-ever filling with Satveer, and I was incredibly anxious about it. However, Satveer was absolutely brilliant—his technique was so gentle that I truly never felt a thing. He took the time to put me at ease and handled the procedure with such skill that all my worries disappeared. Katie, the hygienist, was also fantastic—professional, thorough, and very kind. I had a great experience with Dr Roberts at Your Dentist. He was very friendly and personable, while also being extremely professional. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The practice itself is clean, fresh, and modern, which is lovely. The only slight downside was parking, as it’s a busy public car park and can be a bit tricky. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

For the first time in my life I have a dentist I trust - and not only that but really like as well. Carlos and Jonathon are both excellent dentists and lovely people, as are all the staff. I feel that my teeth are in safe hands and no longer resist going to the dentist. Can’t recommend Your Dentist in Thame highly enough - I feel blessed to have them in town.
