TOPS Dental Care

I've just gone on to write a review and have just read previous review. I had an appointment booked for my child but unfortunately she had an unsettled night and was quite unwell. I phoned the practice to notify as soon as I could to cancel appointment. Then a few days later receive a THREATENING email regarding my child's late cancellation. Looking at the previous email I wonder does Dr Webber Emile have an issue with women and children? I certainly wont be returning.

Found Dr W Emile to be incredibly rude and will now be seeking any further dentist work else where. Made numerous rude comments so quite disappointing. Had 3 pregnancy’s close together and suffered from really bad sickness constantly and to be accused of not rushing my teeth enough or drinking too many fizzy drinks was horrible. When in fact the issue was I sick so much :)

I moved to TOPS this year and would highly recommend them. They really are a great team and always make me feel welcome. I had to phone the practice at just after 8.30am on Monday morning (after losing my crown over the weekend and then suffering with severe toothache). I spoke with Jane on the reception desk, who was very friendly and sympathetic and offered me an emergency appointment within 20 minutes. After an examination and discussion with Dr Webber, followed by an X-ray, the mutual decision was made that the offending tooth had to be extracted there and then. The whole procedure was …

What can I say. Nervous patient. Emergency appointment required. First class advice on oral health and first dentist to tell me my teeth are not a disaster, as always advised in the past! What a fantastic team. I am back for a filling next week. It is such a relief to get such positive advice and I left brimming with confidence. I know I am in safe hands. Thank you
