I have been seeing Mrs Rebecca Gowda (RDH, Wales) for my hygienist appointments for the past few years, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rebecca is consistently professional, gentle, and extremely thorough. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the appointment. This was my first appointment with Sheryl, Alison's successor, and it was very impressive. She had diligently read all my patient notes and referred to them constantly to ensure her treatment was relevant and effective. She had a most cheerful and engaging manner — and had a good relationship with her nurse, which made for a very efficient and relaxed treatment session. She gave two or three good pieces of advice for me to follow as well. Great stuff.
I saw the lovely dentist Rachel today who was kind and helpful as always. I have been going to the practise for some time now and am a very nervous patient due to bad past experiences elsewhere... but Rachel is very patient and efficient and dealt with the problem quickly for me. The receptionist is always very good and fitted me in at short notice for this appointment. Thank you!
I cannot recommend Belgrave House Dental highly enough. After two emergency appointments elsewhere for a dental abscess that completely overshadowed Christmas and New Year, I was left facing a referral process for extraction that felt impractical and painfully slow - 6+ week wait.
