After multiple very distressing experiences at another practice, our autistic 9-year-old daughter was completely terrified of dentists and wouldn’t even open her mouth. Ambrose was nothing short of incredible with her — calm, patient, kind, and genuinely understanding. He took the time to build trust and explain things in a way she could cope with, and today he successfully completed a filling that we never thought would be possible. Excellent! Jonathon put me at me ease from first appointment, discussed all options for treatment plan and cost with no.pressure. Empathetic and friendly. Nurses also excellent and re assuring. I now have a nice smile!
My children have been at this dentist for almost a year and I have never looked back. From the wonderful Sharon who greets you on reception and reassures my nervous youngest on every occasion to Ambrose who is patient, kind and an amazing dentist. If you have nervous children, I would highly recommend trying to get them in here.
I have a 29 year old daughter who has learning and behavioral disabilities who had become unmanageable when visiting our old NHS dentist. The team at Tenterden Dental Centre have transformed my daughter's experience when visiting a dentist. They are all incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. She actually enjoys visiting now!
