I have had a wonderful experience at Tarpoley dental centre and feel so grateful to be able to say this about a dentist! Every member of the team there are exceptional. As soon as you walk in you feel at ease and very well cared for in every way. I travel 45 minutes to get there for every appointment, which is worth every second. The professionalism there is outstanding. Hardeep and Sandy have made me feel SO comfortable and always relaxed, I feel they have listened to me and given wonderful advice and options on anything I have wanted to know, I honestly feel so lucky. Dr Ellie is fantastic, I cannot praise her highly enough for her knowledge and skills. She put my youngest child at ease during his first trip to the dentist and made sure my teenagers went away knowing how to improve their dental hygiene. A brilliant dentist, who works with warmth and humour. 10/10 :)
Tarporely Dental Centre are always polite , professional and caring. I feel listened to and supported .... John my dentist always puts me at my ease and explains everything he is doing, which is important to me as I feel more than just a patient in the chair.. I moved to this dentist after my last dentist retired and was concerned I wouldn't get the same caring service I had been accustomed to.. However I have been pleasantly surprised and can expect it to continue to be the same in the years ahead..thank you
This was unexpected appointment for an issue with one of my teeth! I was seen promptly (the same day) with x-ray taken and prescription given for antibiotics. My only grumble is that I then had to pay for my script at the local chemist and that is coming from someone who worked in the NHS for >20 years before retiring! But cup half full i am going back for my follow up appointment this week and hopefully all is well, but no more prescriptions please!
