Over the years I had a few issues with waiting times. But in the past year the dentist has been a pleasure to visit. Appointments on time, dentist is really professional and caring. The work ive had has been really great. I cant recommend them enough. The refurb is lovely too. Nhs prices and the offer of private work too if you can afford it. The reception team are fantastic too. Very polite, always text and call for reminders. A great dentist overall.
I couldn’t be happier with the incredible care I received from the Dentist, Jerry Chen, and his assistant. He repaired my two front teeth with exceptional skill, precision, and professionalism. The results are absolutely flawless—natural-looking and perfectly matched. You’d never know they were ever damaged! His attention to detail and calm, reassuring manner made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend him to anyone. I had had pain in my back molar and had several visits to the dentist. The last visit finally established that there was an infection and the tooth needed to be taken out or have root canal work. The dentist said they thought the roots were too narrow and little chance of root canal work being successful so advised to take it out. I wanted to keep my tooth if I could so wanted to go down the root canal work. She couldn't do that and said she would refer me to The Tamworth Dental Practice. Booked weeks before attending, for my school age daughter. Their practice is 40 mins away from us, so a long round trip. Took her out of school for the only appointment I could get (anywhere), got there, paid for a couple of hours parking, walked in and tried to check in with reception, only to be told 'Sorry, NHS funding for children has stopped. Unless she's in a lot of pain, we can't see her. You would have been sent a text explaining'.
