Absolutely shocking service. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for a dentist appointment, and they’ve cancelled on me multiple times, including today — just 30 minutes before I was due in. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve been left 4 weeks without my teeth and without my smile, and they clearly don’t care. No proper communication, no apology, just constant letdowns. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — they’ve wasted my time and left me feeling completely ignored. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Receptionist was helpful.I had an appointment at 16:00 but I was an hour and a half early so on request I was able to seen by doctor.However,I wasn’t satisfied about my dentist. He was too quick and didn’t even let me explain.

Terrible dentist. No working toilet for customers to use while waiting. Dentist is drill happy and does as she pleases without concent of the customer. Told her not to correct a chip on my tooth but she could clean away calc from lower teeth. She created a gap between my top front teeth that previously slightly crossed and straightened the lower edge of the same two teeth. I was told that I needed to see their hygienist and afterwards given a bill that was not stated before the appointment. I am a NHS patient so dental treatment is normally free. Fantastic dentist. First dentist in a very long time, infact many years. I was nervous but if I could leave 10 gold starts I would. 3x tooth extraction without any pain. It only took a few minutes with ease. Also kind and very friendly 😊 thank you so much x
