Swadlincote Health Centre

Took my elderly mother this morning anticipating a long wait. She was triaged within 10 mins and seen by a Dr after 30 mins. Even though the waiting room was quite busy, it seemed well organised. They kindly arranged a taxi for us to get home as well. Couldn't fault it.

My four year old Grandson fell at Eureka Park and had a deep cut over his eye. We took him to the Swadlincote Drop-in Centre although we didn't have an appointment. From the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor, the service was fantastic. I was put at ease as I was upset, and so was my Grandson who is afraid of doctors and hospitals, my brave little boy. All of the staff were so attentive and caring. Thank you all so much.

As an out of town visitor I went to the center as I had taken ill unsuspectedly. From arriving at the centre everything ran smoothly not much of a wait, I saw a lady called Elaine she was very thorough I got a good examination. I left feeling reassured. Thankyou so much nice to know that you can rely on these people even when you are not from the area

I took my daughter today as an walk in because having issues with her stomach, she is non verbal autistic and was treated with dignity and respect by secretary, nurse and doctor. Was seen within an hour and my daughter was made to feel at ease.
