I had a very good experience at New Lavender House Dental Practice. The receptionists are very nice. I had a re-root canal treatment today, and the dentist was extremely professional. She explained my tooth condition clearly and reassured me not to worry about the treatment. The procedure took about 2.5 hours, and both the dentist and the nurse took great care of me throughout. Attended my first appointment at New Lavender today - new client, after several years of not visiting a dental practice and generally neglecting any teeth. I felt that my previous practice, private only, was more about the money, but this is not the case at the New Lavender Dental Practice. Dhana Shree was caring and very helpful. I am an incredibly nervous patient, and face challenges around dental work due to having Asperger’s. The receptionist with the white and pink/purple hair is lovely, and Dr Soulmaz Chenari is an actual magician. I had to have a filling redone as well as some additional work carried out under the filling itself, and at no point did I experience any discomfort, or pain, at all.
