I had an excellent experience at Enamour Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional, especially Dr. Rashmi, who guided me throughout. The clinic is modern and spotlessly clean, with good equipment too. The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The service was brilliant, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees throughout. I left feeling confident and happy. I highly recommend Enamour!
After booking a consultation, I unfortunately had to cancel due to a family emergency. I was advised to call to arrange a full refund, which I have now done three times. Each time, Jenny has assured me that someone would return my call, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s quite disappointing, as the service was excellent during the booking process but has fallen short in aftercare. It’s a shame, as I had intended to book with them again, but I’ll now be looking for a more professional clinic.
Professional, friendly and honest as always. The team are always so lovely and welcoming. Premises are clean and treatment is always targeted at what is needed.
Very nice staff Fiona, Jenny, Lili. Always kind and in good vibes, very cleanplace , private room , comfortable always in my sessions. All good at the moment in my treatment
