From the moment we arrived, the team were warm, welcoming, and brilliant with children. The orthodontist was very professional, patient, and explained everything clearly in a way my son could understand, which really helped put him at ease. Lovely & helpful staff. Very prompt service, whether at the desk or on the phone. They always ask how you are on reception. Clinical staff are very friendly and patient with you, they explain everything in detail for you and just make you feel comfortable. I have issues with my spine and they are always so accommodating for this and constantly check in with me on how I’m doing. Thank you so much!
I had a really positive experience at Total Orthodontics today! Even though I arrived a bit late, Michelle and Aroosa were so kind and still took the time to see me. They were both really friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I really appreciate their patience and excellent customer care — thank you for being so understanding and welcoming!
