I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience during my hygiene appointment here. I paid a hefty amount for a 30-minute private session, yet instead of simply doing her job, the hygienist Gurdev spent the entire appointment making judgemental, humiliating, and discouraging remarks. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. If she had offered polite, constructive advice, I would have genuinely appreciated it. I travel from Coventry for treatment at this dental practice. I have had a wide range of treatment over the last 7 years carried out by Gurdev Talwar. Each treatment was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Very highly recommended.
I have been a patient at this practice for many years, primarily whilst living in the area and now for nearly ten years commuting from Solihull for my treatment. I wouldn’t have it any other way, I completely trust Gurdev and her team for their knowledge and experience in the field and for making it a totally relaxed and friendly experience on each visit. Been coming to this dental practice for over 20+ years. Loveliest service and always try and be accommodating with urgent appointments. They send a weekly reminder too which is always helpful. Always recommend them to any one in the area looking for a dentist.
