Cassandra was very professional and explained the procedure thoroughly, I felt very comfortable and at ease during the cleaning. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her friendly, caring manner. I received some great advice on how to improve my oral hygiene routine. My teeth look fantastic and feel really clean. This was the smoothest dental experience that I have had. Highly recommended.
Not interested in NHS patients, I got told she was not being paid for her time to do my treatment as I only paid £79 nhs fee. Not professional! Re arranged my appointment time without informing me. Cancelled my next appt and moved it 2 weeks later, obviously not cost effective enough for them. Had to go back 3 times as they didn't have the stock they needed to do the treatment. I will find another dentist even though I'm due fillings within what I paid for. The dentist had no bedside manor and seemed insincere. She hardly spoke to me and gave me minimal information about my treatment until …
I’ve been visiting the practice for a few years now. I have Dr Archna Patel and Cassandra. I always feel at ease and welcomed, I would recommended anybody to be seen at this dental practice.
