I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the receptionist during my recent visit to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to help me reschedule my appointment to a time that worked better for me, and she did it with such patience and genuine kindness. She made me feel completely at ease, which is not always easy at the dentist! You can tell she truly cares about the patients and takes pride in making everyone feel welcome. Just a really, really lovely person—an absolute asset to the practice.

Very pleased with recent emergency service with this practice - which I am registered with for routine check ups on NHS basis. I phoned and was connected within 2 mins, and offered following day consultation for acute painful toothache. The assessment with Admit was very friendly, and explained very well. I had some initial treatment and encouraged to come back if issues persisted. A week later I returned and had a further consultation, and rectification options and plans. This consultation was not charged further. My toothache now resolved! So pleased with very quick appointments when need…

After moving into the area Ive registered and been here. This is the first dentist ive been to that cant extract a tooth. They were supposed to have a dentist contact me and nothing. Nearly Christmas and now a infection in my gum, going to be a nightmare to get sorted now. Will have to start the process again.

Charlotte & team are great, help you with any problems you have & Charlotte has gone above & Beyond to help make it a smooth experience with my autistic child, if it wasn’t for her then my daughter wouldn’t go to the dentist! Can highly recommend the new dentist too he explains everything & makes you feel very comfortable during treatment
