First visit in a long while, and all the staff were new to me, but I felt so welcome. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, and the dentist and dental nurse made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was friendly, caring, and professional — I highly recommend this practice!
The Orkney Dental experience is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, really friendly receptionists always have a smile and just make you feel so at ease-which isn't always what you're like inside, if my childhood memories of 60's dentistry are anything to go by! Then the surgery team excel as well. Again so friendly, smiling and put you at ease. They fully explain what your procedure entails and are totally professional. I can't rate all the staff highly enough at Orkney Dental.
Would be more beneficial to patients if the practice was open 5 full days rather than the current 3 days which makes it more difficult to get an appointment that is suitable for the patient. It remains difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion with many patients having to wait many many months for appointments for their treatment plans to commence.
A really welcoming Dental practice felt very reassured after a thorough examination and some new plaque clearing techniques. Many thanks
