Mydentist - Tiddington Road - Stratford

I’m truly so happy with the results of my recent treatment at this practice. The team are so helpful and accommodating, in particular Georgia who has gone above and beyond with checking in and being an all round super co-ordinator! Dr Richa is one of the most talented, professional and knowledgeable in the field. I have been with a number of other dentists and none compare to the service I have received during this treatment. I can’t thank you enough for such a huge impact this has had on my life. I would 100% recommend this practice and will always be a loyal customer.

I popped in here on my dog walk this morning to ask if the practice were taking on new NHS patients. The abrupt answer was "no just private". I was instantly dismissed and when I asked for information about the practice ( as I may need to go private), the receptionist had a brief look and then told me to look on the website. I came away feeling very judged. No questions were asked or information offered. Disappointing.

I have been attending MyDentist for nearly 20 years. Both the dentist and the hygienist I have found to be professional, caring and efficient. They have taken care of my dental needs fully over all that time and really looked after my, and my family’s, teeth. For that I thank them. David

Was an NHS patient and my appointments were cancelled multiple times and never rearranged. I always struggled to arrange appointments and was made to feel like a nuisance. I called today and was told I have been removed as an NHS patient - I was not notified of this at all - and they now have no space available for me to rejoin as an NHS patient and can’t tell me when or if they will ever have space. I called today and found the receptionist unhelpful & disregarded my comments and questions & quite frankly quite rude. I requested for a call to discuss this - was told very quickly they were …
