A really great dentist I had bad tooth pain I phoned them and Pip made me an appointment for the next day. The dentist Rashmi was excellent, she told me what she was doing from the start. I was looked after by Sonia she took me to Rashmi for my treatment. I generally don’t like going to the dentist but Grandview Dental Practice made me feel welcome and at ease. I’ve been coming for some years and Rashmi has transitioned the practice in to a new generation. It’s great to see all the familiar team stepping up to a new way of working and the redesigned space is great. Rashmi is a superb dentist, considerate and very good with nervous patient’s like me. Six-monthly check ups aren’t the normal onerous dentist visit - they are a pleasure at Grandview.

If you enjoy suspense, this is the waiting room for you. Arrived early. Appointment time passed. No update. Eventually told they were running late… then later told it would be another 30 - 40 minutes. Delays happen, that’s life. Poor communication is a choice. A simple heads-up would have allowed me to use my time productively instead of playing “Guess the Appointment Time.” Professional services should respect clients’ time. To make this appointment, I had to reshuffle my schedule and block out 2 hours in my schedule for no service. Hopefully this is something they improve. For me it’…

Pip and Foina at reception were so helpful and welcoming — they made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Mohammed did my filling with great skill and professionalism. He was friendly, approachable, and explained everything clearly. I’m so, so happy with the results! The whole team was amazing. Highly recommend Grandview Dental!
