I had an excellent experience at Mercian House Dental Practice today. Jay did my filling and it was completely painless — he made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. Katie was great for my hygienist appointment, very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly, helpful staff and a really professional service. Highly recommend!
I’ve been with this practice for years now and genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. The team always do a fantastic job — professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough every single visit. I even commute out of my way just to come here, which says everything about how much I value their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly rely on!
As someone who was severely traumatized by previous dentists, I tried several places before Mercian. None of them made me feel at ease or comfortable. Mercian does. One of the first things I needed was a tooth extraction and I was shaking like a leaf with my cup of water. Went in and within 10 minutes the tooth was out and didn’t feel a thing! I knew then that I was staying a Mercian! The staff are lovey and Jay Sanghera is great at explaining what needs doing, both now and in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I have been with this practice for decades now and have had fantastic care throughout from Jay Sanghera and his colleagues, from regular check-ups to serious interventions (which were owing to my own poor attention previously!) and good advice on the best scheme for me to subscribe to, actually saving me money. My mother is in her 90s and also finds the care she gets from Jay exemplary. No hesitation in highly recommending this practice - I have been extremely pleased with the care and the service from everyone I have encountered there at every step.
