The staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish, and Dr Ihsan took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office is clean, modern, and well organized. From the first consultation to the final fitting, the team was professional, friendly, and very reassuring. They explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Well, I’m not scared of the dentist anymore! After a really bad experience with a previous dentist I hadn’t been to see another one for over ten years. I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Mesgari Khosroshani who after numbing me up to my eyeballs, extracted my wisdom tooth so effortlessly I didn’t even know it was out! and that was a big old tooth! He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Ishan was also there and just as lovely as Dr Khosroshani. Thank you for being so patient with me and providing such a fantastic service 😊
From the point of initial contact my experience has been great. Clear and timely communication, answering my initial query in detail (other practices have ignored or won’t give info unless committing to treatment), so this alone set them apart from others for me. At the same time there was no hard sell. Just factual and informative allowing me to make an informed choice.
