My son had to have 4 teeth extracted today and was undoubtedly nervous. Rehan was amazing in reassuring him and making sure he was ok throughout. He explained the procedure thoroughly and during every step and the aftercare information we have been given is excellent. With thanks to him and Lucy, you both did an amazing job!
I just want to start by saying a huge thank you to Abbey House Dental — especially Mandy, who started my journey by scanning my teeth. She was so lovely, honest and instantly made me feel completely comfortable. She also referred me to Dr Rehan and organised all of my appointments, making the whole process seamless from the very beginning. I honestly cannot thank Dr Rehan enough for transforming my smile with composite bonding. I had my first appointment as a new patient today. I’m normally anxious with dentists, but Dr Sandesh and Nurse Katie really put me at ease. Dr Sandesh explained everything he was doing, and why, showed me x-ray results and explained what they showed, while Nurse Katie kept me talking so I didn’t have time to feel anxious. This appointment was followed by one with Mand, who explained their patient membership scheme in a clear way. I’ve booked in for a second visit, and would recommend Abbey House for their friendly dispositions and ease with anxious patients.
First appointment at Abbey House Dental - Stone today. What a wonderful practice, all staff are professional and yet very friendly. Karam was so lovely, he made me feel so comfortable and made me feel at ease. Listened to my concerns and advised me on future dental work without pressure.
