Once more, I attended the Synergy Dental Practice, Burslem for my routine Dental Hygiene appointment with Jocelyn. As usual, on my arrival, I received a warm welcome by the reception team. Not long afterwards, Jocelyn also extended a warm and friendly welcome. I can't really imagine how I would feel should I ever have to see a different Dental Hygienist. My appointment with Amelia was as pleasant as a dental appointment can be. Amelia and Bryony (the nurse) really put me at ease and talked me through all the stages of my treatment. Was pain free as always. Thank you so much for your care and warm conversation. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

I have been a patient at this practice for a long time, as a nervous patient I would not go anywhere else. Today I had an extraction with Amelia, I honestly did not feel a thing. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly. The reception staff are most helpful too.
