My journey has come to an end but the past 19 months have been brill and can’t fault my experience, Dr Javaid from the start was brilliant.All the other staff are really friendly, Charlotte on reception is lovely and always there to help with appointments. I actually like smiling now. thank you
Unfortunately our experience was not good at all. We had to come so many times to fix those braces but that's not the worst part. They have such a big problem with sending a text confirming appointments, without it you may come wrong time as they can't understand you on the phone and then say it was you who got it wrong. Without the text you have no proof and will not be let in no matter what. It is so easy to avoid - just send a text. How hard is that? But no. Please improve your services, seriously.
