Smallthorne Family Dental Pratice

Yesterday I attended an appointment at the practice i was extremely nervous as I am terrified of the dentist. I was seen by a lady named Faith .WOW she was amazing telling me all what she was doing and getting me to feel relaxed even making me smile .I don't often do reviews but this lady is an absolute credit to her profession. Thank you so much and I will be attending my next appointment. X

I have been coming here for 19 years and never had any problems. The dentists are all great and very good at their job especially with nervous people and children, particularly the lady we have been seeing over the past couple of years, she is 5 star. Unfortunately after today's communication with a horrible receptionist l wont be coming back again. These rude receptionists shouldn't be in this line of work when they cant use basic customer service skills and manners. Faith is an outstanding Hygienist, one of the best medical professionals I’ve ever encountered. I’ve seen her a few times now and she is so kind and caring. She really knows her stuff and takes the time to fully explain things to you, even the scientific details and how to tackle dental/cleaning issues. I had longstanding dental issues which have now been resolved under her care and I recommend her to everyone. The best of the best.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! They don’t deserve any stars! They deserve to be completely shutdown! Went there once, and my husband went maybe 3 times for NOTHING. THEY DONT SANITISE BETWEEN THE CLIENTS! DISGUSTING!!!!!! I was so silly that I didn’t tell them at that moment and I just close my eyes believing they just did it once. My husband went for an extraction, they left him with the roots still inside and telling him it will take MONTHS to be booked for next appointment, or to go a private to pay almost 300£!!!
