I honestly would give more stars if I could! The dentists and all the staff here are absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Dr Saad completed my smile makeover, including composite bonding and other cosmetic treatments, and the results are even better than I ever imagined. Scared of the Dentist???? Idiot i am, rather spend a day in a torture chamber than visit a dentist as u can see by the state of my teeth b4 my visit. It was a bad experience in my childhood that scared me to death... My family and especially lily my granddaughter who it doesn't bother her visiting dentist that made me man up a bit.. Kidsgrove were great. Explained my fear and they were very assuring, 2 visits to measure up and 3rd visit to do the terrifying deed. After a lot of calling around I found this practice to offer the cheapest teeth straightening in the area. I couldn’t be more happy with the treatment I’ve received. Dr Gary is amazing at what he does. The PM, nurses and reception team are lovely. To top it off I received £150 off my treatment using their refer a friend scheme :)

Excellent customer service from the ladies on reception to the dentist and his assistant. I have fears and anxiety regarding the dentist and they went beyond what I expected to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I never thought I'd be able to take general anaesthetic and did on the first treatment! I am actually looking forward to going back and addressing other issues!
