Horizons Dental Centre

After a very thorough examination, I was advised I needed a root canal filling. At the appointment for treatment, I was very nervous. Lalitha and Sana reassured me and made me feel like I was in good hands. Although Lalitha tried really hard, she was unable to complete the procedure and we agreed the tooth needed to come out. Rather than leave me for a few weeks with a temporary cover, she took the tooth out, during her own time. I was sorry to hear Lalitha was leaving the practice, but wish her well with her future.

Fantastic service all round. Was put at ease by Lalitha and Sana who took the time to explain the process throughout each step of the procedure. Work was completed efficiently and with a friendly, personable touch. Highly recommended.

Today I returned to Horizon for a check up after a little while of postponing due to having such a severe phobia. I was seen by Lalitha & Sana and I explained straight away how nervous I was. They were so kind, didn’t use daunting terminology and simply advised what I need doing and how we can work to get me to my end goal. I’m returning in March for follow up treatment, and though I’ll be nervous, I’m hoping it will be much more manageable after such a good experience today. Thank you so much

Having moved to the area - chose this dentist after researching the reviews - absolutely fantastic friendly group of professionals from the receptionist (hannah)Claire (dental nurse) and Lalitha who is now my dentist. Lalitha took pride in crafting a bespoke treatment plan for me to ensure a comfortable quality outcome.
