Butt Lane Dental Surgery

Absolutely terrible ! I went for a check up 2 weeks ago with Dr Kish ( Principal Dentist). I was told I had a cavity, and without another word the dentist began to work on my tooth , no anesthetic, it really hurt when he stopped I said I don't want a black filling , and his( Dr Kish) response was "To late now, and you are on universal credit so you only get a black one. " I ended up having a white one because it was in fact a broken filling . I was very upset with the lack of communication of what was happening and needed , how he made me feel about receiving universal credit. AND THE PAIN …

Amazing! Not sure where to begin. From emergency appointment to carrying out the treatment needed on the spot despite causing delays to existing patients 🙈(my apologies) Dr Kish & the team were sympathetic, professional and much more. The standard of work was exemplary, can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks again!

The Hygenist is lovely and really put my at ease she was very informative and has also done a brilliant job with my teeth, highly reccomend.

Urgent appointment only had to wait a few hours. Reception very helpful and dentist was brilliant and understanding. One happy customer.
