My experience at Biddulph Dental Care has been exceptional. I am an incredibly nervous patient having faced numerous fillings, crowns and more over the years. Reza is an excellent dentist, his calming approach and explanation about the work he is doing is extremely helpful. He takes great care, and the end result is neat and tidy dental work. The wider team are friendly and welcoming, and the skills of Dr Arminder are a significant asset to the team. I went for my first check up on Wednesday and was very nervous after having a bad experience at my previous dentist. I saw Reza and he was absolutely lovely and so were the two ladies who were assisting him. Reza knew that I was nervous and he put me at ease straight away. I won't be worrying about going for my next check up. Also, the two receptionists were so lovely, very polite to me. One of them dashed around the desk to pick my stick up when it fell to the floor. I have no issues with my visit and I really appreciate how kind they were to me.... thank you so much

I attended this practice for dental treatment including fillings. Following this, I experienced ongoing sensitivity, and later assessment suggested the filling may have been too high or close to the nerve. I felt this wasn’t fully addressed at the time. I also experienced repeated appointment cancellations with very short notice, including cancellations around an hour before scheduled appointments. During one interaction about this, I was already distressed due to my disabilities and tried to explain this. I felt interrupted rather than supported, and my disabilities were not acknowledged…
