I honestly had such a good experience at Abbey House Dental - Festival Park. Going to the dentist isn’t something I usually enjoy, but the team here really put me at ease. I especially want to mention Megan, the Dental Nurse, who was lovely from start to finish. She was calm, friendly, and really reassuring, which made the whole appointment feel much less stressful. I was advised to go to Abbey House Dental by a few friends who have already been and some still use them. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is very relaxed and it is also very clean. I already kind of made my mind up of what I wanted but needed to see if I could have full implants at the top. I was given loads of advice about them and about all other options available for me. They also gave me prices for the different options I had. They didn’t try and push me into making a decision and i went back the week after again to see if i had other questions. From the start Abdul explained everything to me what was included in my treatment. After I committed to the treatment appointments were made to get started and a payment plan put in for every visit. Abdul is a really nice guy and very experienced in what he does. Dental nurse Megan was really nice made me feel at ease before treatment, also Abbie on my first visit. Megan explained the after treatment well. I would recommend highly anyone wishing to have implants go along and see Abdul for sure.

I had a really positive experience at with Ravi and Abbie T at my smile makeover consultation. They were both very friendly and welcoming. Ravi explained the treatment options in detail, stopping every so often to check that I understood. He also asked me if I had any questions a few times throughout the consultation and answered them all thoroughly with a smile. I felt at ease during my consultation and left feeling well informed and confident in going forward with choosing my treatment plan.
