I had an emergency appointment with Yarm Lane Dental Practice so had not been there before. I was looked after so well by everyone. It is such a nice, relaxed, and caring atmosphere. I was seen quickly and was treated with care. I was given aftercare advice verbally and on paper. My mouth has healed well and I am now pain free.
I am petrified of the dentist but from the minute I walked through the door the staff were so kind to me. Very caring and professional, I had an emergency appointment the dentist I saw was really kind and even though he was extremely busy he took the time to listen to me and put me at ease. One of the best dentists I have ever been to.
I thank everyone involved for my care today, I was super impressed and comfortable having previously been nervous and was very at ease, or as much as I could be, with my extraction today. Please pass on my thanks and praise.
